angel eye wiring connections

I am one step away from completing my Predator Chromium angel eye install and have a problem. When connecting the power/ground wires from the relay to the ignitors, the connectors do not match. The wires coming from the relay have the connectors shown here:

http://www.fastm.com/m3/angeleyes/angeleyes04.jpg

The problem is that the ignitors do not have the matching connectors shown here:

http://www.fastm.com/m3/angeleyes/angeleyes03.jpg

Instead, they have a very small (1mm wide by 1cm long) single metal plug on both wires. I have no problem buying the correct connectors and attaching them to the ignitors, but I have seen lots of threads and comments by sponsors that say if you mess with the wiring then the warranty is void.

So my question is... and hopefully some sponsors (Mike@Mod,Nick@JLevi) will have some insite... should I replace the connectors on the ignitors to match the connectors on the relay wires? Will this void my warranty?

You can just cut off all the connectors, connect the wires with solder and shrink wrap.

I'd check with Matt before doing that - its fine for those kits, but don't want to void the warranty or anything.

The 04 ballasts unfortunately don't have the bullett connectors on there, You should push them into the bullett connector on the harness and squeeze tight with a pliars to lock it together, and then put the sheath over. It also doesn't hurt to use a shrink tube or bit of electrical tape to prevent contact with the chassis!
