Your thoughts on Engine Pulleys on a E46

Please let me know your thoughts on Pulleys. Worth it? Very cheap HP upgrade at 200.00 $$

The tensioner pulley REALLY makes it easy to remove the belts...but they totally blow on life expectancy. I've replace two twice within a year. They start to squeal after 6 months.
