^ how much does BMW get for those? do you know the part number?
I finally broke down and was going to buy the Silverstar bulbs from autozone, they were only $11. But they didn't offer my BMWs style bulb..
Does any discount autoparts store carry our style bulbs? Or do I have to order online?

Thanks, I called my parts guy and they will need to be ordered. Do you know if these are silver or more blue? As the description reads as blue/silver and that might not look so good?

Sorry but I personally don't have any expierence with these bulbs. I didn't note any reference to "blue" on Circle's site. In the pic the bulb looks very clear however, and does not appear as Silver/chrome as my Stealth's.

I have Stealth Bulbs (Lifetime warranty, they burn out, they'll be replaced for free) note my Sig you can't see them in daylight and they put off a unique amber color when lit at night.

We have our LED turn signals which are completely white when off and blink in your choice of amber or xenon white.

We also have the Stealth Auto replacement bulbs which are mirror colored replacement bulbs that blink amber.

I have never tried these particular bulbs, but I have ordered others from them and seem good (no dud bulbs, no blemishes, good output)

Alex, im suprised you hadnt tried these... i had them, but dont like them on facelifted clears... you can see some amber through them still... plud, they dont make the ones for the sidemarkers...

heres a pic compariosn of both i did a while back:
http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=356554

edit: I just noticed you replied to that thread.. the OEM bulbs are great for pre-facelift, because the corners are tinted, and these bulbs glow brighter

Hmm..yep I guess you had already informed me about them months ago. I should have listened to you then. You should have posted the cost..that always gets my attention. LOL.
I see the ones I have are #..228 and the ones you had are #..227. I have a feeling the 227s are the ones with 180' offset pins, while the 228s are 150' offset pins.

yeah, the 227s are 150... i have the OEM clears... of course you can get the 180s and use the amber carriers in the clears too.

Philips Silver Vision PY21W. Disappear behind the lens, no blue like you get with Osram Diadem bulbs. Nice bright amber/yellow when lit.
Personally I'm wary of the cheaper fully chromed bulbs being able to output proper brightness thought the chrome layer.

bump

ok well i'm on the hunt for new stealth style bulbs for my front indicators.

does any company have the latest upgrade in these that i'm not aware of? i now have one burned out Stealth bulb in the set i had. and one burned out oem silver bulb in that set. (didn't happen in the same socket before someone thinks that.) so i need to buy a matching set of chrome look bulbs that shine amber.

need to buy some new bulbs and hoping someone has some good info out.
