Angry Urgent Help Needed? Asap??

Hi Guys i have just installed some preditor chromiums on my E46 Cab and know I am showing a lights out warning on my dash for both front lights.....someone please help....???? I have followed all instructions and i am sure they are in correctly. I have installed the brown trigger to my footwell light, my car is in bits as we speak so any urgent help would be appreciated.
