Thumbs Up HorsepowerFreaks Stage 3 The Awakening - Videos and Pictures

Stage 3 has Awakened... This one with SMG! This "new" stage utilizes all of the bad to the bone components of our stage 1 & 2 turbo systems with a few "significant exceptions".... This motor has been stuffed with high strength rods, pistons, rod bolts and main bolts and assembled to meet any boost requirement we feel like setting. To create insane boost pressures while maintaining quick spool, our stage 3 is upgraded with a 74GTS dual ballbearing liquid cooled turbo. To expel the burnt gases, we included an arm swallowing 4" stainless steel exhaust complete with four titanium tips.

Here's a video of the first "Stage 3" beast.

Video......

We're going to turn the boost up to around 800rwhp, and we'll decide at that point where we're going to leave it. Below are pictures I've never shown before of a lot of HPF components.

If anyone would like to get any of our stage 1, 2 or 3 turbo kits for the E46 M3, please email david@horsepowerfreaks.com.

Take care,
Chris.

I thought HPF said you have to be 21 or older to have stage 3?

Just kidding Ardika! Can't wait to hear your impressions of the car!

Ardika, you're not 21? What in all that is holy do you do?!

I'd sell my soul to buy the HPF turbo.

Chris you guys are ridiculous

Car needs wider tires or something...255 will just melt. Do you recommend a tire Chris? I know you have a wheel coming out.

Oh yea!! I'll have mine done as well. We'll have some side by side tire melting action if Ardika is cool with it.

My car will have 335's on it shortly. I think Ardika might follow suit. I'm going to have a show 19" version of our wheels and a drag race 17" version. I don't know which tires to recommend. I do like BFG drag radials or MT. I never mismatch bias ply and radial however. That's asking for disaster.

Yes... however that will only happen when boost tries to go past our boost settings, which will be around 16 on pump and 30 on race fuel.
