stereo mod questions..?

I got a quote for $850 for JL stealthboxes and a JL 250/1 Amp installed in my car. Is this a good deal or am i getting ripped off. The guy said he would do window tints, 35% all the way around for an even $1000. I have a 330ci by the way? You guys think these are good deals?

Yes, that's a pretty good deal. Just for comparison, I payed $810 for JL Stealthbox and 250/1 amp installed in my Maxima.
By the way, are you sure 250/1 amp is enough for 2 150watt subs?

I've got the JL 250/1 amp driving two JL 10W3D4 subs and it pushes them very very well, FYI.... i have to keep the gain waaaay down or it's too much bass!
