E46 M3 brake discs on my 330cd sport

Does anyone know if M3 discs can be fitted to my 2004 330cd? If they can, can the original calipers be used?

Any help gratefully received

From my research, they are very similar in size, but they are still off. Why would you want M3 disc anyway? No difference in performance and if you want the looks, just get they BMW Performance Rotors for the 330.
