WTB : ProLumen Ballasts

What's up fellow fanatics! I think the recent rain did me wrong and killed one of my ProLumen ballast. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement ballast, 1 or both? I've tried to contact ProLumen in Canada, but they have never given me a response. Any info would be great. Thanks!!!

Do you still have warranty?

DDM carries ProLumen now and you might as well purchase a entire kit and have extra replacement bulbs

Prolumen officially does not support the US market. No one is selling Prolumen in the US officially.
There is a lot of writing from them about this in recent months.

If you need a Prolumen ballast, we can help you get one - likely under warranty if you are the original purchaser and you have the receipt.

We are. We have Prolumen in stock and will support all Prolumen purchases through us or an authorized Apexcone/DDM Tuning retailer. All Prolumen systems sold by us come with our usual lifetime warranty on ballasts and bulbs.

I"m not sure if I still have the reciept. but I do have the box, install instructions, and all of the extra hardware that wasn't needed in the install. In fact, I have 2 sets of boxes, because I have ProLumen for my fogs as well. There wasn't any document of any kind regarding warranty in any of them, but that is what I have found so far. If any of you can help with my situation, I can part out what is necessary amd send to wherever that is needed. Thank you for the help so far.

DDM Tuning has either the Prolumen or their own brand of HIDs - really can't go wrong.
