E92 318 and 320?

I am here on vacation and last night I saw a a E92 318 and 320. and i was wondering if any of you have ever seen this?

apparently they are 2.0L 4cylinders
49 mpg hwy / 29.7 mpg city / 39.8 mpg combined

E92 318i not so sure, but E92 320i's are very common around here.

in other countries other than america, there are a lot of smaller engine cars. when i went to china to visit relatives, i saw cars like MB S350, 735Li, etc.
