NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH DABEARS2K (dynavin)

An open letter about Dabears2k...who does 'not' advertise on e46f :bs:...

This is a story about dabears2k, who tried to steal my money until I persisted for 38 DAYS until getting a refund through PayPal forcing dabears2k's (thieving) hand.

On January 6th I placed an order for the Dynavin Stereo. I waited a bit over a week without any notice. I asked on the 14th for a status, Ryan was rude in his initial email. I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM DABEARS2K, EVER.

I asked for a refund, to which a no response (or refund) was given...The following pics explain the process I went through with 'dabears2k.':

I would NEVER EVER recommend ANYONE to buy from dabears2k. They lied and manipulated the system to try and prevent a refund.

Persistence pays off, PayPal was able to recover the money that was rightfully mine:

I have a message to dabears2k from me, and whoever else on e46fanatics feels as I do:

One more thing for all sponsors:Don't EVER try and steal from someone...the truth cost's more than the refund.

I disagree. I've NEVER had success with paypal after getting f*cked over by a seller.

Paypal sucks. Using AMEX is the only way I'd feel 100% safe.

What was their reasoning for only refunding you $70? That's pretty ridiculous
