Get How do I get that expensive EXHAUST sound without the premium price?

I installed my Technik Gen 3 headers today, and they sound SIIIICK.

Next thing I want tho is a crazy amazing exhaust system to match. right now im running the stock ZHP exhaust, but I want something with more muscle.

dislaimer: not gonna straight pipe it.... just too loud for my taste...

I wanna fashion something that sounds similar to this, without spending $1100

try a resonator delete??? only like 90 bucks and you can get decent sound. if not you only wasted 90 bucks instead of several hundred

i would try the muffler delete. If you do not like it, just buy a different muffler no real loss. It will be way loud though with aftermarket headers

thats the thing, these technik gen 3 headers are WAYYYYYY louder than the stock ones.... so a muffler delete would sound disgusting I think...

Isn't that the magnaflow exhaust in that video? If that group buy is still active you can get the magnaflow catback exhaust for wayyyyy cheaper than $1100. Not sure if the group buy is still active though. That's what I have and it sounds amazing.

yeah, i know it sounds pretty amazing. I just have a few different goals in mind. I'm wondering what the best setup for maximum airflow with a supercharger would be (possibly Y-pipe into a 3.5) or whatnot. and if i can just figure out some kind of aftermarket muffler and save myself some money... etc, have a loud car, fast car, and stay legal. all 4 of those goals

1.) best airflow for supercharger
2.) Loud car
3.) Legally loud car (dont wanna get a noise ticket)
4.) something that sounds mature
5.) Saves money

I have the Magnaflow/Technik setup, it rocks!

I also heard the Rogue Ikon and Active Autowerke Exhausts sound good.
