WTF is wrong with the new 7 series

so walking outside I saw a white 750li sitting pretty, and it looked alright from the side and back, but I first thought someone drove it into a wall.

Goughie - I have seen the F01 parked right next to my 750Li and it appears to be much smaller. It may just be the shape, but it does have the size / feel of a 5 series.

The interior of the new 7 is just sick though. Very nice!

Hard to believe the F01 is as fast are your V-12 beast!

I always found the front grills way to big. I also don't like the side marker thing... it looks weird.

I like the new 7 and 5 looks like BMW is going back to their design roots however the driving experience has been diminished greatly. I drove the new 5 a couple of weeks ago and walked away disappointed. It drove just like a Lexus, the steering was numb and the ride was too plush. I strongly believe that the last gen 5 series and the current 3 series and 1 series will be the last true "Ultimate Driving Machines". BMW is more interested in volume than anything else and during this rough economical times you really can't blame them.
