BEWARE "usernamehere" is a SCAMMER

I sent money to him on the 31st of Oct. for an M-Tech II Rear, he has not responded since. I sent a dispute about a week ago through paypal.

If he has scammed any others (I was told he did scam others around the same time) please check in here.

making a new account when you're banned is against the TOS and will result in perma ip ban

this thread sounds like it may be questioning in open format why someone got banned, or advocating their un-banning. Which is, along with creating second accounts, against the TOS of the forum.

In saying that , don't you add to those particular points ; instead of just being a "watch out"-thread ?

You're a TOS breaker too !

OP : You didn't get a phone number or anything ?
Emails can be missed just like PM's , but i rarely miss a phonecall unless it's someone i don't want to talk to :P

Its not. Ive known about the issue from the beginning because supra has been keeping us up to date in our regional discussion thread.

I guess Im the one who pointed out that insertusernamehere got banned, so Im the one breaking the TOS

I also doubt ryan has some huge scheme going here. Check out this post from our regional thread posted Nov 7th

He has good feedback though so what should I do? File a dispute or what?

Looks like he started a regional thread and made some local friends through that. Maybe they have some more useful contact info like a phone number or a different email.

I will look into that later tonight.

What I don't get is why ONLY his for sale threads were deleted, and they were not deleted by him or anyone that accessed his account. Only a mod or admin could of done it. Its very strange.

I, too, was scammed by Joe Randall (a.k.a. usernamehere) - and sent a ton of emails direct to his email account. I only received one reply on 30 Oct 10.
My email, "did you get a chance to send the strut brace?" (paypal sent on 24 Oct 10 as a friggin gift - DOH!)

His response, " Not yet because I haven't had an off day yet I'm off monday and tuesday that's when I'm planning to send out the first wave of things, smaller items.
Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry"

From my recollection, he scammed: front M Tech bumper, rear M Tech bumper, and a strut brace.
