E46 M3 Brakes to 325i

I've done a lot of searching, and apparently only "2 people" have done this mod.

I currently have 4 piston brembo fronts, 2 piston brembo rears. Honestly, I don't want these anymore (will be for sale soon ).

I want to know who has done a FRONT M3 brake conversion (I'll be swapping back to 325i rear). I don't have 330i front brakes as the M3 brakes were given to me, so I'd prefer to try this mod without having to buy 330 brakes

I also have a complete set of E46 m3 front brakes including calipers, carriers, rotors, and the front sensor. I've yet to start work because I want to see who has done it.

So far I've searched numberous threads with people wanting to try it, but never ended up doing it. They either went to 330i brakes or didn't mess with it.

Any input would be great

I wouldn't do m3 fronts and tiny 325 rears unless you really like unbalanced brakes.

more trouble than its worth, really. i did 330 brakes, because the carriers and calipers are plug and play. the m3 carriers must be milled in order to fit, and most people don't want to mess with that when they aren't that different from the 330 units.

wise to stick to 325 rears, a lot has to be replaced to upgrade to 330 in the back, output shafts and the like.
