Will front 18x9 et45, rear 18x10.5 et38 wheels fit an e46 M3?

I found some used wheels. They come with tires. The specs are front 18x9 et45 225/40/18 and rear 255/18x10.5 et38. Will these wheels fit an E46 M3 with a bbk? The fronts are 355mm.

It is stretched but I can always buy new tires. I'm more concerned with the offset being wrong and the tire hitting the fenders or suspension.

That sizing will probably hit the suspension without a spacer. However on the fender side you could probably make them work.
