Dealing with rubbing

Hey guys I searched a ton but couldn't find any info, I put oem e46 m3 18" wheels on my 330i and fitted a squared 225 set of tires onto the staggered wheels. It rubs a little not much and not hard.

My question is basically for tips on how to live with slight rubbing, or if there's anything i can prep/do (not fender rolling) to minimize any damage the tires gonna do on the fender. Maybe clean/coat it with something every few weeks?

I'm not gonna be driving a ton in the winter and just don't see the point of rolling if it doesn't rub 75% of the time. Unless someone can convince me otherwise.

Tire rubbing will eventually damage the sidewall of your tire plus it is annoying knowing that you are going to rub whenever you have a car full of passengers. Fender rolling is nothing out of the ordinary now days and as long as it is someone reputable that is doing it, you should not have any problems with your fenders.

The only thing is that I don't expect to have more than 1 passenger much...and with one its still minimal. Just wondering if people have any tricks to deal/cope with rubbing aside from rolling. Also don't wanna spend 200+ for a reputable shop to do it if it can be avoided.

Thanks for the input, it's def my number one option...just looking for insight from others who have run without rolling.

roll your f-ing fenders if you rub. why would you want to risk burning the paint / rubbing the paint off and thus increasing the rate of corrosion

Rolling the fenders is not a big deal... idk why you wouldnt want to. The only drawback to rolling fenders is having to pay someone to do it.

Good point, but even if you went another route to avoid rubbing which is adding more camber, you're going to need to pay an alignment shop to add more camber in the rear, which is probably going to be the same shop that you would have paid to get the fender rolling done.

Might as well get the fenders rolled. If you're just rubbing lightly, then all you'd need is a light roll, nothing serious enough to worry about. Sure you can get smaller tires, but that's not cost effective at all.
