Need help figuring out a coolant leak (see pic)

I noticed my coolant light came on a week or so ago, so I filled it up and didn't have any other issues until it came on again yesterday. After driving for a couple miles it went off. I topped off the coolant in the car and watched for any signs of leakage. Well I found some after pulling out of a parking spot. I took this pic, forgive the quality, and noticed liquid near what I believe is the lower radiator hose and some sort of sensor. Any ideas on what would need to be replaced? Thanks for the help E46 community.

Hi Kevin, this leak is extremely common. I always replace the lower radiator hose and the sensor, although it is possible to get away with just replacing the sensor. The hose is fairly simple to change.
