MI: 1999 328i sport sedan $4300

Hello all, I'm selling my 1999 328i sport sedan 5 speed manual that has 170,000 on the chassis and around 97,000 verifiable miles on the engine. The body has two flaws, the first is a passenger side dent that my daughter caused using her hip to close the door. It seems like it could be pulled out but I never tried. The second dent is on the passenger side near the rear wheel. Not sure how it got there but it's there. It does have it's share of blemishes being a 13 year old family car.
The interior shows it's age especially the drivers seat being the most worn.
The driver side window regulator will need to be replaced all other windows function properly.

The newer engine was installed having 85,150 miles out of a wrecked 328i. The engine was installed using the same manifold gasket and exhaust hardware so there is a leak around the manifold area. A mistake I will never do again. I've recently changed both pre-cat o2 sensors, cam sensor, both intake elbows, plugs, and fuel filter. These were all changed because of a check engine light codes. Since these changes were done, there have been no check engine lights.

I have a differential from an auto 325 with a 3.46 ratio that I never installed that will go with the car. The 3.46 gear is a much better gear than the factory 2.93 on the manuals IMHO.

The car drives great with no grinds or slippage. It may need tire rods in the future. I feel a slight pulse in steering wheel when braking. In the air there is minor play on both sides. Tires are good with good tread.

The A/C was never charged after the engine install.
I'm asking $4300 OBO

3.46 differential
