Fitting 19s on 330i

I am trying to know if this set of rims and tires would fit on a 330i 2004 ZHP. The fronts are 19x8.5 ET35, 235/35/19. The rears are 19x9.5 ET38, 265/30/19. Michelin Pilot Super Sport Tires. Any help would be much appreciated and all opinions valued.
Thank you.

The rear tires seem a little beefy. I don't think you'll have a problem if you're not lowered

That rear sizing looks a bit aggressive. If you're not planning on rolling your fenders or anything like that I wouldn't recommend that setup.
