TMS bars are made by HR just powdercoated blue. They are exactly the same.

Thanks for the heads up. I reached out to TMS to see if they'd be able to sell me a pair. 21mm seems to be a unique size to the E46 non-M rear sway bar. I'm having a heck of a time finding someone that sells any 21mm bushing. I don't care who makes it.

For anyone wondering, or searching and come across this thread at a later date. TMS does sell these bushings and has them in stock and ready to ship.
