Dayum! It melted all the stuff off your steering wheel even! Any electronics plugged in? Was there a system or an aftermarket head unit in the car?

The only aftermarket electronics that I had in the car were my Angel Eyes. Had them since 10/09/10 (Exact date before BMW Meet), and never had a problem.
It was hard to just sit there and watch it burn. Couldnt do anything. Fire extinguisher wasnt enough and had to wait for the fire truck. Burn a lot of small things that I valued like my favorite jacket. I cant see how people are saying "It's just a car". I worked hard to get this car and everything I did to the car I paid for. Have a lot of heart in this car and now it's gone like that. I'll be looking for get another car around April. Hopefully insurance can write me off well. It's a 2000 323ci with 80k, they are informed about the wheels and valued them at 1k in 2010. I have sports and premium package and also lost my DSLR plus all my lenses. Hopefully they write me off well

CRAP i remember back when you got the car and put the wheels on.
this really sucks. a car that i actually recognize on this site is gone. i'm really sorry man. it's really too bad about your jacket and other various things as well. just keep your head up and remember that everything lost can be replaced though and be glad no one was hurt. once again really sorry

Homeowners or your college insurance might be covering your camera. I'm sorry for your loss.
Ya know the new Sony RX-100 can probably replace your old DSLR for less.  I love mine!
