Get your E46 in the Turner Motorsport 2013 Calender

Our friends at Turner Motorsport are running a contest for real BMW enthusiasts to get fame and glory. They're looking for the best customer cars to be featured in their 2013 annual calender. The calender will be sent to hundreds of customers and sponsors so you car will adorn enthusiast and shop walls everywhere this coming year.

Does your E46 have what it takes to be one of the luck 12 to make it in the calender? There is only one way to find out, submit your images to TMS today (details below). To be eligible your car must have a good number of TMS parts on it, of course, and you have to some cool shots of your pride and joy.

Image Requirements

Size: Hi-Res Minimum 3264 x 2448 pixels at 300 dpi
Please...NO cell phone pictures. We cannot use them in the calendar. They are not high enough in quality.
Format: Digital File JPEG
Copyright: Must be YOUR Image. Not borrowed, stolen, traded. YOURS
Deadline: Email your image by October 31st.

Please print and fax the Photograph Release Form to (978) 388-4202 and email your image file to photo@turnermotorsport.com. Please be sure to include your name and image name in your email. Turner must have your photo release form in order to process your entry.

Are they saying that the picture of my car has to be a picture I actually took with a camera, meaning that I can't submit a picture of my car taken by a photographer? My camera skills are god awful so if I were to submit a picture it would be from a photographer who has shot my car in the past.

you could get the photographer to sign off on the release form if you wanted to.

Also to add on to this question. if we bought the picture from a professional photographer I now own the photo correct? So i would sign off the photo?

Hey Guys,

If you OWN the photo, meaning owing the rights to it. Some photographers that sell photos are selling them for private use only, not distribution. Before you submit a photo that you did not take personally with your own camera I would check with the photographer. Obviously professional shots are ideal since we are looking for the best shots possible.

Like Wdeerfield said, you can have the photographer sign the release form if he is ok with the photo being used for this purpose. Several entries did that last year and it worked out fine. We are basically just looking for permission to print and distribute the photo.

Hope this clears it up for you guys. Let me know if you have any more questions.

ehh its worth a shot, at least im a photographer. Might just let my friends use my photos of their cars as they have a better shot at this
