Post E46 Coolant

Anybody have any idea what type of coolant is recommended to use for a 2004 BMW 330Ci? I started my car coming home from work today and the coolant light came on but only stayed on for about 10 seconds and then shut off. I figured I'd go ahead and check the level anyways after the car was done cooling down. Was hoping somebody could give me some advice in this department.

The coolant sold by BMW, in a BMW bottle, is the only recommended coolant by BMW.

Find the leak! I've had 2 water pumps go within 6 months of each other plus a leaking expansion tank in my other one. Symptoms were losing fluid perhaps like yours?
