Lemforder VS OEM

I'm slowly buying my way up to a complete suspension refresh on my ZHP with 85k on it (2004). I'm not really rushing anything because there's no visible damage to the subframe and aside from an oil leak on the front right strut there is are not any noticeable problems. The bushings are not even that worn. So I'm looking at prices and holy hell, there is a huge difference between OEM parts and third party ones, so much that it makes me wonder what the significant difference is. Does the $200 you're saving mean you're buying a cheap part?

I mean if i'm gonna put up a couple grand for Genuine parts then I might as well upgrade the whole thing to some coilovers...

I might be wrong, but I thought Lemforder was the supplier for OEM parts.
