Volk Racing wheels complement the APEX ARC-8 and EC-7 perfectly. With their fully forged manufacturing and completely different designs, we couldn’t ask for a better brand to represent. The 18" and 19” fitments are perfect for street, track, and race and like APEX they have 18” fitments that clear the Brembo 380mm BBK. Along with their lightweight and extreme durability, Volk Racing offers a wide range of sizes and offsets. That sounds familiar.

Product Details

The Volk Racing TE37 by RAYS Engineering is the current line of street and race wheels in various versions. The main line TE37 is the forged aluminum version. The material used to produce the TE37 wheel is 6061 aircraft grade aluminum that is hot forged. The first forging process is done with pressure of 5,000 kilograms per square centimeter, and then the second forging process is a slower process with 3,500 kilograms per square centimeter. The lip is also forged to 3,500 kilograms per square centimeter, which allows the wheel to have less material than other wheels, but retain more strength and durability. The wheel's excess material is machined off to a tolerance of 1/100th of a millimeter. Powder coating and clear coating is done by a special proprietary process to ensure long lasting quality and durability of the wheels' finish.

RAYS Engineering produced the Super Lap for those in search of a dedicated track or race version of the popular TE37. The Super lap is lighter by 400 grams per wheel in the 18x10.5" size utilizing the newest technology of mold form toolings to shave off weight. Even with the extra weight savings, the Super Lap still retains the durability and strength that is sought after from the original TE37. Super Laps have their own decals, and do not accept center caps.
