My Ride: 2001 330Ci/97 Civic
New 330Ci Owner Introduction

Hey guys, I am the new owner of a 2001 330Ci as of this past Saturday! I'm new to BMW's and to forums as well. I'm hoping I can get some good info on here and I've heard this is a great forum for the e46.

I have no real plans for the car right now as I'm located in Southern Ontario and my first order of business is to get the car ready for the winter. For now I'll be doing a brake job, cleaning or possibly replacing at least one wheel speed sensor, getting some new winter tires, and just some general fluids maintenance and what not. Any tips on the sensors or a good place to get winter tires would be appreciated!

I am thinking that in the spring I will start modifying the car, possibly with an intake, shark injector (is this a good idea?), and a pulley kit. I will most likely be getting some wider wheels and lowering the car as well. Since I have a few months to think about it, it's really all up in the air. My goal is to make a car that is still nice for the street but performs well when I want to thrash on it on the weekend!

Some of the websites I've been using to compare prices on parts are: ecstuning, bimmerspecialist, turnermotorsports, and ddmtuning.
