New to the BMW world

Was up guys/girls ? As the tittle says im completely a huge NOOB when it comes to bmw. Im a honda guy since i was in high school im only 25 dont think im a old head lol. Currently i own a 2012 honda accord sedan bagged with 20x10.5 vossens all around and more goodies. anyways i just picked up a E46 99 323i 5 speed as a little project that needs a couple things, front bumper(looking to do a M tech or M3 bumper if anybody can help feel free to PM me) power steering pump and a a/c condenser. Ive been reading threads and post and see you guys talking about a "prefacelift" lol no idea what that means. What i really need help with is how can i get the m3 or mtech bumper to line up nice and flush. also where can i get 1 for a good price online not looking for OEM because i know there going to rape me for that. but anyways hope to get some help from you guys and im sure i'll learn alot here.

You have prefacelift. So get an M3 bumper. Post pics of the bagged Honda.
