dmax stand up--Friday, November 23
I haven't given up yet, folks, though I know you think I should...but this time, I'm ready...it's more than a week ahead and I actually know what I'm going to do!
The day after Thanksgiving, I'll be performing at: Scotty's Steak House & The Comedy Cove 595 Morris Avenue Springfield, New Jersey Friday, November 23, 8 p.m. Reservations: 973-376-3840 Admission is $7, $5 with reservation; 2 drink minimum, but they're not terribly strict about this. There will always be a mix of good and bad...some 'virgins' and some experienced comics. Laughing is virtually guaranteed! Free parking...easy access from Rt. 78, 22, GSP, NJT...and they do have a restaurant you can order from and the food is good.

Happy Thanksgiving, NJ/NY/CT folks...and a Thanksgiving bump for me.
This is the day you ask yourself, who has added value to my life, who has helped me when others haven't, who would take their time to help a totally random person fix their car over the internet, who always has the time to say something totally pointless and sometimes funny. ...and then, "what can I do to repay such total generosity of spirit?" Oh sure, you could send me money, but I'd prefer you just come and enjoy some comedy, have a couple of drinks, and lie to me about how unequivocally hilarious I might have been if I'd actually used actual humor.
