Unhappy Hard brake line has a hole

Hey everybody, this is my first post on the board. I've had my manual '01 330ci for almost a year and I'm pretty happy with my car. Still turns heads after 10+ years and it drives great.

But on to the point- leaving work today my car had almost no braking force. Just a little at the end of pedal travel. Everything was fine in the morning so I kind of assumed it was the parking garage valet people who eff'd something up. After giving them hell and getting the same response of "we're not responsible for mechanical damage" and a SLOW drive to a gas station for some brake fluid, I carefully get home to check her out.

Turns out one of the metal brake lines down by the fuel filter has a super tiny hole on the side. I'm going to get it repaired as I wouldn't dare jury rig some temp job for the brakes. Wondering if anyone has had this issue, and if i should get a new entire line or just repair the current one.

Looks like I owe the garage management an apology lol. Pics attached
