Accident, think its totaled?

Hi guy well long story short 84 year old lady t-boned the car, claimed she didn't see me. I followed all the rules she was blamed for the accident. The cars a e46 323ci kbb value about 7k, one owner she's been in the family for 12 years my guess is she's totaled, this I what I can see that's wrong
-new door
-new quarter panel
-New trim
-looks like the pillar is bent
She hit me so hard the rear interior door panel popped off and won't go back on bc the metal behind is bent, door is stuck shut and in pretty sure all the electronics inside are squished too, pics make it look like barley and damage

Sorry OP! seven years ago my car had almost same appearing damage, except was done with a sideswipe rather than impact.
Had mine repaired in the middle of NYC for $2000 total and to this day looks new.

I upload it right side up but comes out side ways

On the bright side if this does get totaled ill be more than likely getting an e46 m3 I'm never leaving the e46 family, driving the e28 for now, yea the rims are off and possibly going on the e28

Unless you got a really good friend in the auto body business then it looks totaled.

Damn sorry for your loss, she was a beauty. Are you okay? Looks like she hit you pretty hard for your drivers side to get squished that much. Pretty much looks totaled. Hopefully you get a good m3

That isn't totaled. a couple of K$ tops. Get the door at a wreckers and have a body shop do the rest.

I thought my car was totaled, similar accident, Chevy tahoe hit my passenger side, sedan, both doors smashed and rear quarter panel messed up. Ended up costing insurance around 9700, but didn't total the car. I have a feeling you may make it out with your car, depends on your insurance company.

Glad you're okay though, bummer about the accident man.

What makes me think its totaled is the pillar being bent, I could see it from the inside where the quarter panel popped off, she was driving a Buick lasabre things a tank compared to an e46 and no airbag deployment

That just shows how safe these cars are, my friends have gotten into accidents where their e46s were totaled and made it out without a single scratch. If the pillar is bent and frame damage, totaled. Plus paint for the car would be at least $1000. Insurance will most likely to with their expensive shop that overestimates everything.

there's so much wrong with your statement.

But I digress. OP, glad you're ok. Car looks done.
