Secondary Air Pump Valve
Just replaced my Secondary Air Pump Valve on my 04 325 M54 about a month ago and the 0411 code keeps coming back. Anybody have any input on this?

Not likely the valve was your problem anyway, rotten/cracked/broken vacuum hoses likely your problem.

Fill the hose between the valve and the secondary air pump with Seafoam before you start the car in the morning. The secondary air will blow the Seafoam into the engine. This burns off carbon deposits in exhaust ports and increases the air flow.

The secondary air pump valve will open only when the engine is cold check the vacuum line going to the valve, u should feel some suction only on cold starts.
