Air duct fro brake P/N?
Hi guys,
my e46 M3 euro had a small incident at the front and as I'm replacing all the parts, I'm missing the LEFT & RIGHT air duct, however I'm not sure which order. Both types, shows for the e46 M3, I thought the Sport Package M was the one to pick up because of M3 = sport, but at this point I'm not sure what's the difference and how can I tell which is the correct for my car? Any help is very much appreciated: VIN:JP77095 Number 4 Link here -Diego Quote:
EDIT: I don't know why the forum block the link and the can't copy paste the photo here like other forums, but since is .PNG the photo won't load. Last edited by DiegoR; 11-20-2012 at 11:13 AM. |

Check this site - probably the best one out there for cross reference and part lookup as you can search specifically by vehicle VIN (euro and us spec). As you said in your post - check #4. You should be able to call a dealer if you are unsure if your car has "aerodynamics package." Hope this helps somewhat.

Problem is that dealer here (only one) is clueless and won't give any info because the car is not being repaired with them.
I'm still unsure what part to pick up. Thanks for look. |

Give me a minute - I am going to see if I can call Kuni BMW here in Oregon and get the info, they are pretty good for a stealership.

I used your VIN #. I don't announce it but I'm charge of the aftersales parts at United BMW Roswell.

Below are some photos of the four different ducts (two left, and two right) which should help you out.

Thanks for the photos!
Now the only problem is that where the accident was, all the major front parts (bumper, plastic, fluid container, etc etc) were totally crashed and left there so I can't compare the "crashed" air ducts with the photos because I don't have them with me |
