I made the mistake of purchasing this roof rack from you. The roof rack was described to be "brand new, never used" but was most definitely used and missing parts. First of all, it took a week and a half after purchase for it to be shipped, after many broken promises of shipping it that day or the very next day. When it did finally arrive, the rack was very dirty and scuffed in places, showing that it had obviously been used. Additionally, the plastic bags containing the mounting hardware were both torn and the bolts and washers were strewn about the box, and one bolt and several washers were missing. On top of that, included with a brand new one of these roof racks should be two rubber strips that fit in the rack rails, and gutter guards that stick inside the roof gutter mounting points, none of which came with this roof rack. I would have been missing two bolts, but my wife found one sitting on our driveway, it had fallen out of the box because of the poor packaging. Sweeney32 has ignored several attempts at contact to resolve this matter, which shows a complete lack of respect on your part.

Tell me about it, you dodged a bullet, Hollywood. The rack is completely unusable because of what's missing.

Dont let your hopes down!

I ran into a similar situation where the seller didnt provide me enough bolts for the racks so what I did was drive over to our local
Home Depot and found the exact same nut but obviously not with the same patter because the original nuts have a specific bolt pattern.

Buy yourself 4 of those and screw them in with an extended neck wrench.

Thanks for the advice, ramtin325i, but I was able to send the rack back and get a full refund thanks to a PayPal claim (and no thanks to the lack of cooperation from the seller). Let's just hope sweeney doesn't try to re-sell the rack to some other unsuspecting person.
