Effects of putting 19" rims on my 03 325ci

I want to put on 19" rims on my E46 but im worried of the effects afterwards. Will putting larger rims damage or do any harm to my car in any way? Thats my only concern.

Slower car, but more specifically, your bunghole will tighten up everytime you hit a pothole.

All depends on your total wheel and tire specs. Mpg wont be affected if you keep the total diameter close to stock. Performance wont degrade as long as the total weight is close to or lighter than stock. Handling will also not be affected if the offset is close to stock. So alot depends on what wheels and what tires your looking at, but +1 on your bunghole tightening up when you see a pothole.

+1 on rough rides, you don't really lose power unless you know what your doing with your car..
