diff seals
Is hard to change the diff seals? and i also heard about some new fluid upgrade? What kind is that?

If you have the proper tools, time, and space it's not very hard. HERE is a diy which explains how to replace the diff seals.
For the axle seals, you'll want to replace the main differential, the snap ring, and the O ring on each side. HERE is a link to the gaskets. For your fluid you'll want the "New" BMW LSD Gear oil, we also suggest replacing the drain and fill plugs any time you remove them from the diff. HERE is a link to my service kit for the rear diff on the M3.
