Why I buy from a reputable dealer
I purchased a Dynavin DC99+, HVAC relocation bracket, and back up camera from J&T Distributing for my e46. The radio worked great for about 2 weeks then the backup camera went dark. I called them and after a short conversation confirming my troubleshooting skills they dropped a new camera in the mail. The camera arrived yesterday and I popped it in place this morning. Everything works great once again. Thanks guys for the great customer service!

Agreed - a real dealer is the way to go
I agree with jknutter. It is a big purchase and it may cost a little more then getting it off of ebay, but the piece of mind is well worth it. I've already sent a few questions Jeff's way since getting my unit and he's been very helpful in getting things sorted.
