The Rokkor Mission
Quality

Make no mistake about it; Rokkor coilver kits are of the highest quality. We are aware of comments made that you get what you pay for or I would never put my vehicle on $300 coilovers. We understand the low sticker price can be a shocker but we also understand that these comments come from people who have no idea what Rokkor is about or how Rokkor products perform. You are welcome to spend more money on other coilover kits and there are a lot of awesome kits out there. The absolute, undeniable, fact of the matter is, Rokkor coilover kits are the highest quality kits for your dollar and are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee and 3-year warranty.

Wow..... maybe on the 'deal' aspect of it but you get what you pay for. They may be pretty good, maybe not. I'd rather spend the extra $$$ and get something safe and reliable

No offense guys, but have any of you who called these coils crap can actually speak from experience and I dont mean "my buddy had them and we drove around the block, they're shitty". OP I think you should read all the reviews and then make a decision, a lot will depend on the intended use of your vehicle.

id rather not be like that one guy who used to be on here, with ebay coils that wrecked his car when one gave out going speedlimit around a curve.

reviews are based off people who have never had a decent suspension or their shocks were going out so getting ANYTHING is better than what they had. I've had d2s for years now and they handle great, they do what i need them to do, but there are many more reasons why i would go to pss9s or brand name coils

Yes everyone has heard of the great white buffalo. I'm just saying that many people who call them crap have never really tried them. I have personally installed many of them not only in BMW's but they are very popular in the VAG community and have never, never seen a set fail. I am currently testing a set of Street Edge coils on the E46 that previously had an H&R/Koni setup, BC coils on the M, and Fortune Auto on the S13 so yes I have tried other setups. On a side note the E46 was going to be a "built from Ebay car" you know a car that I could give honest opinions on some cheap parts but we are having some second thoughts about that.

I could make a $200 kit and call it the same thing. Highest quality for your dollar just means if you have more dollars you will get higher quality.

I've survived a little over a year with these. They ride like **** at low speed, bouncy, etc. but actually do quite well in a flat high speed corner believe it or not. Not much body roll. I've also had H&R coils, Koni, Skunk2 (civic si).. For $300 a year ago, it wasn't a bad deal for a quick setup that I needed as a temporary replacement for a couple of blown shocks.

Cut the guy some slack he clearly just didnt hit the search button (like half the other people who start new threads)

Just spend an additional $300 and get something more reliable, may not be coilovers but you have piece of mind.
