problem canbus autoradio e46

Hello !
Sorry for my langage, i'am french, and i speak a little english.

I've a problem, i commended an autoradio on Erisin.com : http://www.erisin.com/erisin-es1146b...ml?cPath=13_64 and they give the can-bus decoder.

But, it's not work, the steering wheel are'nt OK.
I look on the decoder, and 2 pink wires are free (back ctrl) but it's for the cam.

Have you had this problem ?

Please help me, in France nobody knows that problem

i have same unit, and steering wheel controls worked immediately after installation, although i cant set them through settings, i saw other ppl complain about this decoder so probably it is faulty, or bad installation. pink wires i left untouched.

I contacted Erisin for return the canbus, and they give me a new, i hope that it's ok with the new.

I send it this week, i will tell you if OK.

btw steering wheel buttons << and >> does not have hold down function, like fast forward or auto radio scan when u hold them pressed;
and radio saved stations can not be changed via any buttons just with screen touch, that's the most annoying things i discovered yet.
let me know if u have same problems when u get decoder.

soit dit en passant, le pilotage de roue boutons "<<" et ">>" ne pas maintenir enfoncée fonction, par exemple, comme l'avance rapide ou le balayage autoradio, lorsque vous maintenez-la enfoncée;
radio et stations pré-sélectionnées ne peuvent être modifiés par des boutons, juste avec l'écran tactile. ce sont les choses les plus irritantes que j'ai découvert.
laissez-moi savoir si u ont les mêmes problèmes lorsque vous obtiendrez décodeur.

But i again read in englsih and i understand, but it's not the problem, the canbus is broken, i waiting that Erisin send me a new.
