Excessive play on front axle/Video inside

Ok, so I have searched and I can't get anything solid.

Question: When you check for play on a front axle (holding the rotor at 3 and 9 o'clock) and the whole assembly moves left to right, does this mean I need to replace my tie rod end(s)? You have no idea how many replies Ive read where people say that YES this is true or NO that is not true...I would think so in my opinion, but that is also why I'am double checking on here.

* I don't think you can tell so much from the video how much play there is...but there is.

*Video sucks, I didnt realize it would be so slow and choppy.

Hard to tell from the vid but try to see the control arm is moving also. It might (probably) be the control arm bushing.
