325i Brake Upgrade

I am interested in upgrading my 04 325i brakes. The are numerous BBKs out there that are fairly costly. ECS has an option to upgrade to the 330i brakes which are significantly larger. I note that the front spindles (or king pins as shown on RealOem) are the same part number. Will the rear 330i brakes also work? The trailing arms are a different part number 33326774777 for 325 and 79 for the 330. My concern is upgrading one without the other will upset the balance. Original rotor lasted 116k with no work. On second set of pads. Unfortunately pad are almost metal on metal and rotors need replaced.
