hr sport cup kit(HRSCK)

To all: i have had the HRSCK installed for about 5 years now, have replaced the controll arms, tie rod ends about a year ago. Now she's noisey again(clunk) when going over small bumps. How do I know when the shocks(H&R) are due for replacement? im going to estimate about 30-50K on the HRSCK.

Go to the rear of your car and start bouncing it up and down. If it's pretty easy to push it down and if it bounces a couple of times before coming to a stop, it's time to replace.

that spring rate won't give you much travel with that test.

the only way is by checking for leaks on the shock... if there is clicking it probably some sort of loose ends.
