Power clean and jerk is very good. I like it.
These exercises are good for health to make muscles, heart, lungs, liver, bones, joints, pancreas, liver, gall bladder more potent, strong and active. Hard work outs really increase stamina and confidence too to live potentially with strong body, however regular exercises must have to do daily to remain fit and fine for long time.

Ya know, I have really been searching for something to work out my pancreas.

I like the video recording and various exercises which are performed very well. These are really good for bodybuilding and health..

I was just going to post about this but realized I was beat to it. When I saw this on reddit I thought it was an attempt at a troll. Is this thing seriously real? I wonder if they took into account the fatigue life of this bar or if one day it will just catastrophically fail while someone has a ton of weight overhead.

Getting back into the gym after a 2 month slump... numbers are close to where they were, will get my strength back asap I hope... worked out my pancreas nice and hard today, and I worked my kidneys so hard I think I developed a stone.
