FlyWheel Issue?

Hello, I am a Mechanic that is new to the BMW type flywheel. I just got a 325XI with a 5spd. The night I test drove the vehicle there was no issues and the car performed and drove great. 2 days later when it was delivered to me I went to drive it and the Clutch when depressed even slightly feels as though it has a resistant vibration. When depressed all the way that feel disappears. However, when releasing the clutch to take off the car jerks and lurches forward almost as if I have a severe case of clutch chatter. I believe what happened is the old owner did the taboo of AWD and tried to dump the clutch. I believe that the flywheel was damaged in this evolution. (not sure though) Any help would be appreciated.

Yea, sounds like he raped it one last time before getting rid of it. I'd confront the seller about this. This is ridiculous.
