Fvck new york gun laws

Seriously..I am now seriously fvcking pissed about this. They are trying to supposedly trying to protect the public. After hurricane sandy, and my neighborhood (and many more like mine) got devastated. We didnt see a cop or any leo for DAYS. Our hood was looted by degenerates that took the 40 mile ride out from the boroughs. Our lives were wrecked, the ONLY thing that kept me, my family and my neighborhood was GUNS. My AR,my GLOCK were the ONLY things I trusted our lives with. There are millions of us in that own "assault rifles" and guess what WE WILL NOT COMPLY.

Lets ad some more. Our court system is a mother fvckin joke. Revolving door system. I work in a cash business, in my line of work armed robberies and home invasion are a DAILY occurrence. What the fuck is a 7 round mag gona do for me when 3-5 homeys are kicking down my door armed. As much are firearms are my passion, they are an absolute necessity for me and even if I wasnt into sporting id still have a gun on or near me at all times.

The tristate is full of liberal scum that are afraid of there own shadows. Obviously there are the powers to be that are trying to disarm the public, but the naive public eats the shit the media feeds them and accepts it. There isnt much of a gun culture here but that gun guys here are REALLY into it so it can be cool. NYS just took many tools from me to protect my self and my family. I am in a higher risk position than most people, maybe thats why I am taking it so personally.

Agreed, it sucks all around brotha. But for years, these ass clowns have continually gotten into office up there and there's been no major pushes to get them out. And then people like that idiot Christie get elected on a Republican ticket and no one is trying to throw his ass out either.

This time its different, il pm you a link to our local forum. 5000 of us were just in albany protesting, theres multiple protests. Attorneys doing probono work etc.

To think they just raised my houses property tax too 34k a year. You dont even want to know what were paying for our commercial properties.

1 acre bay front property in a town with with good school district. House is about 4500 sqft. They put the bay front tax on it of course. Getting a grievance of course (again). Our commercial properties range from 26-65k a year.

Don't worry, the criminals will only have 7 rounds also

A 7 round magazine would mean most handguns (95%) are useless paperweights. This will in essence, take the guns away from the people. It will not stand in the Supreme Court. Cuomo and Bloomberg need to get on a bus and drive off the GW bridge.

In essence means nothing.

This is not a SCOTUS issue. This is a state's rights issue. The Constitution is a limitation of the powers of the federal government. The Constitution only begins to dictate that of state's rights with specific language starting at the 14th amendment.
