darkrooms?
anyone know of a any darkrooms that are left in l.a. where i can go and develop film?
or has anyone built a darkroom in their house before?

You know u can buy a device that can convert old film negatives into digital files ... u might have known already but i just saw that on a flyer recently.

there's nothing like working in a darkroom tho, its like a magical experience, no h0mo

You just want to expand the film and then develop the big versions? I can see the tools being expensive, but its not a terribly complex thing to set up in a basement.

In my area I've gone to the university. If you get to know the professors and or students, they will let you in. Most dark rooms recycle some of their supplies. Or you can try your local high school.
