330ci msport auto?

hi guys, im new to the forum, ive owned an x5 3.0D MSPORT AUTO, a 320d msport manual 05, an 04 grey M3 manual and many other marques..

need a few tips although im fairly well clued in, going to look at an 03 330ci auto msport with 95k on, silver, auto, 1 owner from new, mot and tax due in march, it does have the common scabbing around front arches and rear arches going by the pics appear to be fine, looks an original car...

i know the auto boxes are trouble some but how can i tell? also anything else to look for apart from clunking on suspension?

p.s, this will only be used as a 3rd car so might not get driven very often...
