Dom's Progress Thread

Hey what's up, my name is Dom and i'm 21 years old. With the help of many forum members (dabears, DylloS, M3inline6 and some others) we have made an improved nutrition and workout plan that i'm going to follow because I want to get more into fitness.

And here is my goal for me and my girlfriend. She's almost there, but can't work out right now due to shoulder issues. I'll post up pics of our progress together as well once she starts working out again.


Help keep me positive and give me hints on how I can try to achieve it

Are obliques the V?

Edit: Googled it and I guess they are the V. I actually really like mine? I've never really looked or thought about them being "too pronounced". Always felt that the bigger or more pronounced the V the better haha

It depends on which "V" we're talking about. The "V" is the taper from your lats to your waist, not necessarily your obliques specifically. Depending on how muscular the obliques, you may not "V" taper at all (..some people have weird hourglass mid-sections).

Example:

(No "V" taper from the lats, but has the pelvic "V")

They both have a level of bodfat that screams unnatural, especially her. Could be a cutting agent, water pills, var, GH. Just saying, always remember these people may be taking stuff so don't overly compare if you are going natural...you'll drive yourself crazy

You'd be SURPRISED who's juicing. Spend enough time around people who use, and you will gain perspective. There are many different types of "steroid bodies".

Only goal I have is aesthetics and i'm trying to get my college's 50 freestyle record. It's a 21.24 and the best i've done is a 21.27
