Will 330i OEM exhaust manifolds fit?

I need new catalytic converters.

Does anyone know what the actual differences between OE exhaust manifolds for a 330i and 330xi are? They are different part numbers, but I've read that aftermarket headers fith both.

You've got a 325xi, right? Oddly enough, 325xi manifolds/cats are the same part number as what's in all other E46's, but 330xi's are a different part number.....

Does anyone with a 330xi that's gone with aftermarket headers have their stock headers and cats they'd be willing to sell?

it seems that 330xi for Usa market has something unique
330xi for Europe has similar part number as 330i\330ci\325xi and etc

That just makes this more interesting...

Is any of the SAP hardware different between US 330i's and 330xi's? That's the only other hardware difference in that area I can think of...
