Supposedly he was shot by a Marine with PTSD during an event at a range. Suspect is in custody.

I think you mis-read. He was helping another marine with PTSD, and they were BOTH killed.

I think, again, your reading is limited. Chris and Kyle, who run the program, were killed by Routh (former Marine with PTSD). A tragic situation. Just wondering what the trigger was in the case it was not premeditated

actually all of the reports i seem to be finding are that routh, the suspected killer, suffered from ptsd. and that the two men who were killed were helping routh deal with the ptsd. either way it really is a tragedy.

Yup, but they aren't calling the suspect a Marine or anything like that in the reports I've seen...just "lots of military knowledge" and things of that nature. Nevertheless, definitely a sad event. His book was a great read.

His name was Chris Kyle, it wasn't two separate people named Chris and Kyle. The other man who was killed was Chad Littlefield. I suggest you re-evaluate your reading skills before calling out other people.
