Mtech II Brake Duct Part Numbers

Hi All,

I've searched and read about every post on Mtech II brake ducts... and can't seem to find what I need. I have a production 08/02 330ci, and am finally ready to buy the kit. What are the brake duct #s that I need, take a look at this link here:
http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...75&hg=51&fg=75

I think what I need are 51717893129 and 51717893130, but why are cars from 10/02 and up get more expensive ones? Aren't they the same since Mtech II fronts are all the same?

Thanks in advance.

Doing this swap on my 01 330 as well......what other parts are needed besides the brake ducts and foglights? I assume I will need some hardware to mount the frame from my existing bumper onto this one and hardware to mount the fogs? Can I reuse my existing gasket?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Just put the M-Tech II bumper on my sedan. It was after market from Euro-Dyne. Didn't come with brake ducts so I purchased them through the dealership. Only problem is I bought the ones without the alternator cooling duct. Watch out for that

I talked to the dealership about problems involving no alternator cooling duct and the guy (supposedly he knows his stuff) said it will not be a big deal. Don't know if I can trust that since the dealership probably just wants my alternator to break so they can put in a new one for a bazillion dollars.
